Mary and Walt live together in a senior mobile home village in Florida -- he,long divorced and she, widowed. Walt's golfing buddy, a Catholic priest, mentions another couple is getting married and asks Mary and Walt to be witnesses. She refuses, but asks Walt to marry her secretly in Las Vegas .

This sets off chaos amidst a welcome home party with Walt dumpster diving for his lost savings and his daughter arriving to take him “home” with her.
