March 2 and 3 (6-8pm): All other roles and additional children
EARLY AUDITIONS: February 9 & 10 from 4:00 – 6:00 PM
To allow additional preparation time for the physical and emotional demands of these roles, we are holding early auditions to cast Annie Sullivan, Helen Keller, and Children’s roles in The
Miracle Worker. Scripts will be available for check-out at the Theater’s Box Office prior to auditions.
AUDITION PROCESS for Early Auditions:
Auditions will include theatre games and guided activities designed to help actors explore and navigate a world without sight or sound. After casting these roles, we will hold several workshops prior to full rehearsals. These sessions will continue the exploratory work and begin blocking some of the more physically demanding scenes. Our goal is to create a safe, exploratory, fun, and supportive environment as we enter Helen and Annie’s world together.

DIRECTOR’S NOTES
This production emphasizes physical storytelling, silence, and shared focus. All actors, regardless of role size, must be attentive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a space where gesture, stillness, and listening are as important as dialogue.
